I must admit Curator has been my favourite so far. It has the
association with archaeology (artefacts), without sounding prehistoric
like Museum.
I also thought of Hoard at one point, but Steve's point about potential
bile-ability should be taken into consideration there.

The concept of a concierge, in regards of the description you gave, is a
good idea (monitoring all comings and goings). However, I just want to

I agree. Although its name is not bad, I think we can still think of a
better name than just plain Repository Manager.
