Today we do not have any authentication mechanism to prevent unauthenticated
users from using Myriad REST APIs and UI to flex up/down NMs and other
configured services as well as shutting down framework
This JIRA is to add authentication to Myriad UI and REST APIs
Most likely BasicAuth as well as SPNEGO support should be added - as those are
standards that browsers and standard REST API tools support.
