Yes, of course. As far as I remember, no one really took responsibility for the NLC booth so far. I raised this concern two or three times on the NLC and ooocon208 mailing lists, but no real success. One of the suggestions I remember was to let the communities from China's neighbors take control. It would be great, if we can push this topic now. Maybe you or somebody else from the Japanese NLC wants to volunteer to take the leadership. Of course anyone else is also welcome. > >> Please make your planning and inform me about the facilities you >> will need and name someone as project lead, who should get in touch with me. > My plan is: > 1. some 100 copies of documents put on a table in the booth, which can > be picked up freely by OOoCon participants. We're at the Peking University and the exhibition is separated from the main venue (less than five minutes by foot) in order to attract more students. Hence you might spread a lot of copies. > 2. some YouTube videos introducing Aizuwakamatsu city. > Then I will need facilities which are as follows: > 1. copy machine I guess you mean a photo copier (xerox machine). Most likely we will bring one for the organizers. Additionally, there are surely a lot of copy shops on the campus Peking University. The price per copy is ridiculous here. We only would waste space, that we could use for other things at the exhibition. > 2. two tables That's about the size we have planning for the whole booth. > 3. four chairs Should be no problem. > 4. One computer with a display, which is connected to Internet I will work on that.
