Yes, of course. As far as I remember, no one really took responsibility
for the NLC booth so far. I raised this concern two or three times on
the NLC and ooocon208 mailing lists, but no real success. One of the
suggestions I remember was to let the communities from China's neighbors
take control. It would be great, if we can push this topic now. Maybe
you or somebody else from the Japanese NLC wants to volunteer to take
the leadership. Of course anyone else is also welcome.

We're at the Peking University and the exhibition is separated from the
main venue (less than five minutes by foot) in order to attract more
students. Hence you might spread a lot of copies.

I guess you mean a photo copier (xerox machine). Most likely we will
bring one for the organizers. Additionally, there are surely a lot of
copy shops on the campus Peking University. The price per copy is
ridiculous here. We only would waste space, that we could use for other
things at the exhibition.

That's about the size we have planning for the whole booth.

Should be no problem.
