Merging in nutchbase

Hey everyone, I would like to start merging in nutchbase to trunk, so I am hoping to get everyone's comments and suggestions on how to do that. Some of the other changes in nutchbase (such as deleting nutch's own indexing system) have already been incorporated in nutch trunk so I think
