I want to avoid ANY confusion at all, hence trashing the concept
or "tag" of RC3. IMO, it's safer.

Well, if we can do without an RC4 everybody will be happier! At least
version number and new dictionary (both one-liners) should be
OK... I'm trashing RC3 as we speak. I'll wait until people

mistakes are not serious and can always be fixed later.
