Looks like it is trying to do a 64-bit build of expat. That's strange because on Windows we use a pre-built makefile instead of running through configure. The makefile (created by expat-2.2.9.patch) was only slightly tweaked vs. the previous version. My Windows VM is only 32-bit, which is why I
