one contains the full relation details as you expect. The second one
contains an empty relation. Both have the same version number.

Around 5pm we added some disks to the main db server, the raid card
took issue to this and a restart was required. All checked out ok once
back.
But unfortunately some of the API systems did not reconnect to db.
Which caused the issue.
TomH fixed the issue around 7:30pm.
