Not sure if this is already known, I just spotted a recent PL2 edit where a
way with 1 node on 0,0 was created, probably a bug.

Well P2 has been creating single node ways for as long as it has existed :)
But I guess this happening at 0,0 is a little more interesting...

Browsing the map should work fine. iD isn't touch-compatible yet, but will
