some days ago somebody started contributing to osm here in my osm-area.
He helped to correct the map although he didn´t edit any data. He simple
used openstreetbugs.

Well, imho openstreetbugs runs on google's appengine currently so
increasing traffic isn't a problem at least for now. The integration
issue somebody mentioned is likely the idea that everything should run
on osm's own infrastructure.
