[jenkins] Status of per-module Jenkins jobs

Hi, I've created and (hopefully) correctly set up inter-job dependencies for all modules living under /bundles, /launchpad, /installer and /karaf. Builds are now stable and much quicker AFAICT. I'm going to wait for a couple of days before proceeding with the bulk of the /contrib and /samples
