We have to release 3.4.5.
There have been three commits since the final preparation of 3.4.5-rc1,
including the fix for the AskDNS bugs and 7875. Those seem safe enough to
include in a release.
Please don't commit to the 3.4 branch without a review and vote (RTC mode),
