configurations for you.

Moving forward, I'd favor continuing the support for shared IDEA
configurations, so long as we don't rely on an IDE for essential
services, like compiling the application WARs.

Patrick should jump in here, but I believe he's set it up so that you can
generate your IDEA configuration from Maven automatically, so we don't have to
have checked in files.
