The selection items in a new ticket for Tomcat 9 are lacking, for example,
component only has 4 options, while Tomcat 8's component selector has many
more options, like "Documentation".
These need to be updated. I would do it but I don't believe my account can
update these selection values.

There is no version in the selection for M13, nor is there a component to
select for "Documentation" under "Tomcat 9" bugs, hence the "Catalina"
component of this ticket when
