Today I tagged the CVS HEAD with the NSS_3_14_2_BETA1 tag and imported it into Gecko (pushed to inbound).
We expect to finalize the NSS 3.14.2 release in late January, 2013. In the interim, you can pull and build NSS betas from CVS: After mozilla-inbound is merged into mozilla-central, NSS 3.14.2 BETA1 or later will be the minimum version of NSS for Gecko.
