It came with the 1st email. Message was like this
"Hi! This is the ezmlm program. I'm managing the
dev@syncope.apache.org mailing list.

I'm working for my owner, who can be reached
at dev-ow...@syncope.apache.org.

To confirm that you would like

   @gmail.com

added to the dev mailing list, please send
a short reply to this address:

Usually, this happens when you just hit the "reply" button.
If this does not work, simply copy the address and paste it into
the "To:" field of a new message.

Take also into account that GSOC2017 hasn't started yet and requires a 
validation process of the proposal delivered by participants like you. This 
said we will be glad if you want to contribute to Syncope before and after GSOC 
;)
To discuss the solution you should subscribe to the DEV mailing list of Apache 
Syncope project and you could share with all the dev team your ideas or doubts. 
Let's deprecate this thread on Jira and move to the mailing list.

I installed the syncope on my machine and went through the documentation. So I 
think it's time to start initial development. By using jee app. Also went 
through some code that i was cloned and build. But I couldn't fully understand 
it. So could mention what should be the next step? Thank you.
