here is a patch with ability to configure Notification PID and Notification Address
parameters for UCP protocol. We also have changed dlr compare masks to known constants.

Im doing some MMS experiments and using kannel as the gateway to POST messages
through. If i POST a multimedia message from the phone that is over 900bytes kannel
truncates it to 900bytes. seems to work fine with anything under 900bytes.
Is this a hard coded/configuration limit ? can it

No, the information of the IP address is lost at the RAS or the SGSN. You
have to get it there. Since WAP is designed to be used over a wide range of
bearers (think DataTAC or CDPD) it makes no assumption that there even is
something like a phone number.
