I am presently setting up Kannel to run as an SMS
gateway using compiled version of 1.0.3. I am using a
siemens GSM modem as the SMSC.
With my present configurations, I can send messages
through my smsc from the admin html console via a

No Windoze, pure Linux.
System runs Mandrake 7, and it's a dual PIII with 1Gb RAM Compaq Server.
Ionetworks USB drivers are very nice and fun to use, the only thing I miss
in their devices are rack compatibility for rack mounting .. and siemens
didn't think about it neither.

how do i know what frameware my m20t is running?
also what if i lose power during upgrade? what recover efforts can be made
