Some SMSC providers give back a throttling error if SMS credits have run
out.
Is there any parameter available for the dlr-url that will pass back the
throttling error or the command status of 0x0058?
This error can only be seen in the Kannel bearerbox.log:

no, it hasn't been yet implemented. Currently you'll have to restart smsbox
With a little trick, it IS possible. Using the default keyword and writing
your own script that does the keyword routing.

if we got congestion error for a message.what happen to that message?.
is that message is stored anywhere?.
is there any possibility to retry machanisam for that message in kannel
itself?
