Hi list,

I just commited this new bearerbox rerouting feature:

Main idea was to allow MOs to be passed directly to the MT queues of
smsc-ids configured in the same bearerbox. Hence messages can be
proxyied without passing them to external boxes (smsbox, smppbox, or
whatever).

Therefore 3 new directives for the smsc group have been defined:

reroute - boolean, if set to yes, all MOs from this smsc-id will be
passed to the general routing function within bearerbox (as if the
message would come from an external box).

reroute-smsc-id - string, route all MOs explicitely to the smsc-id
given here.

reroute-receiver - string, route MOs by receiver numbers to specific
smsc-ids. Ie. route messages with receiver 111 or 222 to smsc-id A and
receiver 333 or 444 to smsc-ids B would look like "A,111,222;
B,333,444" (yet no wildcard processing.)

This rerouting feature allows to connect/proxy messages between
networks that are physically (on a below layer) unable to exchange
messages. So you can use SMPP and/or EMI/UCP to connect CDMA and TDMA
and GSM networked SMSCs.

Comments and improvements welcome.

Stipe
