Orphaning Zoneminder

I have orphaned zoneminder on all branches. It has a number of bugs and crash reports in ABRT. It now has broken deps: zoneminder has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree: On x86_64: zoneminder-1.28.1-6.fc25.x86_64 requires php-mysql On armhfp:

installing RPMs on NFS filesystems

Is it supposed to be supported to install RPMs onto NFS filesystems? Apparently NFSv3 doesn't support capabilities, so I'm not sure what to do with this bug which happens because cap_net_raw is used for the fping binaries: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1350476 Thanks.
