We added logic in Sugar to use WebKit when a env variabe is set.
I added the following patch when did the 0.102 images,
but forgoten sent it upstream.
This is only needed by images based n F18. No for images using F20 or F22.

Lots of learning, and only a little progress:
The learnings are somewhat questionable (sometimes I was changing more
than one thing at a time)
1. The kernel config file does not need to be in any order (a sorted
config works just as well)
2. Changed settings can be appended to kernel
I've built a working 4.1.0-rc6 kernel and uploaded an RPM, please try
that as well.
