When try to connect to one ap, sugar do nothing (do not open the window to
put the password)
In shell.log I see:
Failed to add and activate a connection:
org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Settings.NotPrivileged:
InsufficientPrivileges.

13.1.0 was developed with a focus on XO-4 factory requirements for
