Once you have the CTC's up and running, I'm hoping that people will be
interested in joining the HPN mailing list, which began in 1997 in order to
give people who have been through hard times both a chance to network AND a
place to suggest solutions to social problems for policy
Technology For All(TFA) is working with its community and corporate
partners to set up a Community Technology Center (CTC) at Houston's
Astrodome, which will soon be home for 25,000 evacuees from the New
