I really do not know a source of anti-static bags. What I do is I
save bags from parts of PC's I build and/or repair. You could go to
your local mompop computer store that builds PC's and they may be
able to give some to you.
About Zip-Lock bags. Although they are not anti-static
wind chimes?

I collect these nice shiny discs by the dozens and
hang them in my cherry trees in the spring. I have tried everything to
keep the darn birds out of the trees, and these work better than every thing
else, including nets, plastic snakes, owls etc. I also took a
few into a Scout meeting
