John,
One major advantage of Multipsk is that it works on next-to-nothing
for a PC, you can use it on old 486 machines!  Every drop-down box and
fancy bell and whistle usually adds CPU and RAM demand.

To compare ALE400 in Multipsk with Pactor's copyright is absurd .  ALE
400 is FREE whereas PIII is getting close to $2000 these days (it
takes 1.5 US dollars to buy one Euro).
