OFDM protocol.
Symbol rate: 62.5 Hz(128 samples @ 8000 Hz)
Guard interval: 2, 4, 8 ms adaptive to conditions
Subchannels: 8 (62.5 125 187.5 250 312.5 375 437.5 500)
Bandwidth: 437.5 Hz
Raw BPS: 1778, 1600, 1333
with higher-frequency subcarriers.

do not use differential keying?
Based on your comments on 8PSK, is this why it is the base waveform used
in the MIL-STD/FED-STD/STANAG modems?
What is your view on single tone modems as used in those standards vs.
