Maybe I haven't been paying attention, but what is it that makes 3580 a sacred gathering place for PSK? Why isn't it 070 like it is on some other bands? Why can't we just QSY to get away from W1AW?

Far as I can tell, they have NEVER done that. That is a sore point to start with, but can you imagine a time when there is never a psk signal on that band (and the band is open?) I cant! The stupid part of it all is that the whole band is available for CW, so why cant they find someplace
