Well I can tell you because I run a packet node on Net 105 (14105 LSB) with a 
300HZ IF filter and I am hearing some ROS tones which although not as bad as 
the current CW contest QRM are still causing repeats.

If anyone on here wants to make sure they aren't interfering, the  actual tone 
frequencies on the packet network are 14103.21 and 14103.41.

Are these ROS tones I am hearing because ROS is very wide? or is it more likely 
some ops are creeping up the band?
