Latest news is that WINMOR enabled HF "severs" should become more active in the next few weeks. Active in that they are to be set-up. Once a reliable network of servers have been established, a new version of Paclink will be released and further testing will be conducted , non-server stations will likely then have the ability to use the Winlink system via Winmor (or Packet or Pactor) Again, WINMOR-only HF servers will not be allowed, the servers will be required to have built in redundancies via multi-mode capabilities .
