WINMOR enthusiasts,

OK the install file is on the yahoo WINMOR group site as well as the
instructions and goals for the beta program. I'm sure there are still subtle
bugs (maybe some not so subtle!) but we have done some extensive
over-the-air testing with the previous 32 alpha versions. The help file is
included in the install and while it may not win any literary prizes it is
pretty complete and accurate. During the next few weeks there will likely be
many updates (Your program should auto update if you are connected to the
internet and haven't blocked all the WINMOR ports). Let's focus on the
basics now and not get bogged down in creeping features.

Good luck to you beta testers. Remember I don't do this full time (though
it seems like time and a half this last month!) but I will try and get back
to answer your questions. I hope someone can suggest some frequencies to
try for our initial over the air tests.

My station KN6KB is on 18107 USB dial (18108.5 Center frequency) set up for
500 Hz WINMOR. (but the band has been dead the last several days!)

Thank you for your patience and a special thanks to Vic W5SMM for his
programming efforts and RF testing help and to Tad WA1FQO and Neil VE1YZ for
the tireless help during over the air alpha testing.

Let's roll,

73,

Rick Muething, KN6KB
