So in summary, Winlink PMBOs own all frequencies between 14100.5 and 14112 kHz. If you operate in this range and are QRM'd by a Winlink PMBO, its your own fault for being uncooperative. Perhaps now that the FCC has finally tackled K1MAN, they'll address this latest set of aspiring frequency
