I think it's inevitable that more and more differences of opinion will
arise, so I also believe LO should start their own independent path.

text e.g. I1 into an empty cell it is changed to 1.1.2001
and it is not possible to change it untill 'I1 entered.
I really do not like such an irritating behavior - if I wished to enter
a date I simply write the date.
