First thing that comes to mind is to install VirtualBox in Ubuntu then
install WinXP or whatever you need to run your old Win prog. Guessing that
you will need min 4 GiB, though 8 is probably better, but maybe not?

Thanks for your hard work.
I'll save it until my PT_br is better.
Be happy to proofread the English version when it's ready.

Either fill out a bug report,
move this to the developer's list
or close this thread.
Absolutely nothing will be accomplished by throwing stones.

Seems that from Mac users point of view,
there was no bug until LibO fixed their bug
and exposed the Mac bug.
Wonder who the Mac users will blame?

Thanks Algot,
It is again working as expected for me in 4.4.3.2. [?]
I think it actually begin to work in 4.4.0, but since I seemed to be the
only one with the problem, I didn't follow up.

Richard.

Thanks, Tony. I'm going to downgrade to see if that helps.
I know it used to work.
Been working for about 14 years or so.

Thanks Steve, happy to hear that. Maybe there's hope for me. :)
I'll keep trying. Makes me a bit sad that it works in Windows XP and not on
Debian. It's not a big deal just an annoyance.

Actually, after reading the bug report, I checked to see if I had the

works properly.
Let me know if this works for you too and I will file a report on your

improvement over the old OOo,
but a bit of polish and bug fixing would certainly help our image.
Just niggling things, but they stand out, especially when you use it

Yeah! A man without unnecessary limitations.
I believe cropping is a solution to the problem.
I understand, but dislike being forced to read
the whole thread. There is an argument for
reading the whole thing but I believe that
it does not need to be dogma.
