Folks, With so many of us about to leave for Christmas/New Year's holiday, this seems like a good time to remind you all:
PLEASE set your auto-responders (out-of-office messages) so that they do not reply to messages from the list. This is a simple setting in your email program. Alternately, see http://www.ixda.org/about_help.php for instructions on how to suspend mail delivery from the list while you are away. If you don't do this, everyone who posts a message to the list will get a nice fat OOO message from you, and will perhaps regard you with less holiday cheer than you might like. Happy holidays all, and best wishes for the new year...
