#1 the url wont be c:/yadda/yadda   Its a URL...
#2 IIRC If I Recall / Remember Correctly (google it)

livedocs are your friend:

I think doug is right, you can't do this with a pdf (make it modal)... try
an IFrame thats probably the easiest approach.
