About the Role: The Online Community Engagement Associate will build channels and break barriers for meaningful engagement with online communities and contributors to support their growth and diversity. The Online Community Engagement Associate will play a critical role in growing, motivating and nourishing contributor/volunteer experience within the humanitarian open mapping ecosystem. They/she/he will also liaise with other HOT teams to coordinate learning and knowledge flow between contributors and HOT. They/she/he is experienced in using OpenStreetMap and HOT tools to improve data quality and is comfortable engaging in discussions with individual contributors publicly.
