[libreoffice-documentation] First pass editing Base Guide Ch2

I've had a first pass through Chapter 2 of the Base Guide, doing consistency cleanup of layout and styles, and put the result on ODFAuthors and the wiki. I intend to work on editing the content over the next week, but I may do consistency cleanup of Ch3 first. Meanwhile, I've uploaded Dan's copy
