Does Lulu offer library binding hard cover printing as well? Also do they
offer CD/DVD Printing? I was thinking it would be nice to produce library
binding version of the Getting started guide for 4.2 or even 4.3 that
includes an installation DVD and possibly starting a marketing campaign

They do offer hard cover binding, but not CD/DVD printing.
