No bugs have been raised by me about this. If you don't have the two
posts from Alex Thurgood on your computer still, from the 15th January
you can find them on Nabble.
In a nutshell, he asserts that A), the devs are still dealing with
Template Manager, and that B), the Help files are obsolete.
There has been some discussion on the list about the Help system.
