There's a book, C# Concisely, by Judith Bishop and Nigel Horspool
(published by Addison Wesley) which includes a forms package that
they've used for teaching. I believe it's available for free and runs
on the Mac, although I'm not sure of this.

Subject: [DOTNET-ROTOR] DOTNET-ROTOR - GUI Support on Mac OS X

Hi All,
I have downloaded the Rotor [1.0] code from the Microsoft site and
successfully built it on Mac OS X 10.3.2 - Panther with patches.
Also I am able to run the Hello world prgm too. So far so good.

Now I have to write applications with UI and compile and run them on Mac
OS
X. I read that the System.Windows.Forms is not supported in the Rotor
1.0.
A search also reveals that the there seems to be no equivalent for
System.Windows.Forms in Rotor.

What options do I have with Rotor?
Is there a equivalent class in it for GUI, If yes which is it?.
How should I go about the same for apps with GUI on Mac OS X.

Any Help / Link or samples is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Warm Regards,
