[DQSD-Users] disabling searches

Is there a quick way to disable a bunch of searches? I think DQSD is slowing down my boot time so I'd like to disable most of the searches since I don't use them. Thanks, and happy new year! Sarah --

I've often wondered, but never got around to asking: is there a way to run DQSD without installing it, i.e. from a website, like YubNub [1] does? That would be really great for times when I'm at someone else's computer and want to run a search and I can remember the shortcut but not the site it poi
