I believe the model for Draco is that you choose each project you wish to
build individually, but everything under a project level will be compiled as per
the NAnt file or other config for building. I assume you have lots of
projects under $/ ? How big are your projects? One thing

don't believe so. I am guessing that the best approach might be to make
"cloaked"the projects to be ignored for the VSS user that the builds run
as.
