[Drakelist] L-4B load capacitor

I acquired the L-4B from ebay. It is in overall good condition but the load variable capacitor does not have enough shaft friction to hold the plates in position. There appears to be an adjustment screw on the back of the capacitor but there is no easy way to access the screw. Does anyone
