The radeon kms driver has gotten a lot of bugfixes and cleanups in the run

I think ttm is doing somethings wrong when we validate a bo for the
same mem type but with different cache flags. Here is my understanding :
(Use case i am refering too is object validate with
current state GTT | CACHED validate to GTT | WC)

Setting .compat_ioctl = radeon_compat_ioctl for KMS make 32bit ioctls work. But
there is still problem that stops ia32-glxinfo from working.
