I've committed my changes for viewport calcs, scissor test, and cliprects.  
There are still problems, but I wanted to get this into CVS so we don't 
get too far out of sync.

The viewport calcs seem to be working, drawing should now happen in the 
right place.  There are still problems with the cliprects and/or scissors.  
Contexts not using the backbuffer especially are still a problem.  Also, 
overlapping GL contexts, both single and double-buffered still have 
problems with "show-through."

fyi, I also removed textelBytes from the texture object struct since that
can be obtained from the Mesa texture image structure.  I fixed the one
reference to the context var in texmem to use the Mesa value.
