[Dspace-tech] New submission fails to complete on 1.5 manakin interface

Hello all I'm evaluating DSpace, using 1.5 on eclipse/tomcat under Windows Server 2003, with the manakin interface. Whenever I try the final complete submission step I get - java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Method not yet implemented and the item remains as an incomplete submission.
