[Dspace-tech] Remove subscriptions

Hi all, Is it possible as admin to remove subscriptions for certain accounts, other than directly working in the database? We have accounts for which the email address no longer is functioning. When they have subscribed to a collection, this results in errors. We are running Dspace 1.4. Kind

Hi Martin, best check the logs for more information and post it. As you are not able to register and submit, my first guess would be the mail server configuration, as DSpace tries to send emails at both points. Check this section: # Email settings ## # SMTP mail server
