I see that problem too. But it doesn't always happen, and I think it
only happens when someone is logged in and using an input form. I've
been meaning to play around with the ie style sheet (style-ie.css).
Unfortunately, I won't get to it soon, but I will post what I find if no
one else has.
Richard,
This problem has already been resolved. See the patch in the following
issue for the fix. This fix will also be released in DSpace 1.6:

Hi all,
I'm trying to implement the clickable author and subject links describe in the

Hello, All~
I am attempting to setup the CNRI handle server on our DSpace
installation, but I've hit a glitch. I have two problems.
First, all new submissions are assigned a handle with a space in it.
(i.e. 10575 /371).
Second, I can't seem to use the well-formed handle urls to access
For the space in the handle, it may be that you have an extra space in your
config file.
Check file: /dspace/config/dspace.cfg
Roughly line 272...
# CNRI Handle prefix
handle.prefix = 123456789
Make sure you don't have an extra space at the end of your handle prefix.
For example [123456789],
Thanks! I was able to resolve the spacing issue by restarting a couple

removing the handle-server/txns/lock), restarted tomcat, then restarted
the handle server (bin/start-handle-server). Handles appear to be
working
Hi Sue:
See remarks inline below, but the general answer is that the SRB
extension was not designed to partition storage along collection lines,
so I don't think it would help you out without a fair bit of additional
work. Also, SRB has been replaced with a new platform called iRods

Ciao Gaetano,
check your language catalogues for
org.dspace.app.webui.servlet.FeedServlet.general-feed.description
This tag seems to be missing in your instance.
It is in the default and italian version of the Messages.properties of
1.5.2.
Hope that helps
