Hi all,
I'm trying to harvest our DSpace repos using the PKP OAI Harvester.
The problem I face right now is that the Harvester is only pulling back just
the first batch of records, instead of all records in the repo. I see this
with all of our repos with more than 100 records.
Just looking
David:
Yes, I did fix my problem. Stuart Lewis from the Auckland Library told me that
my problem was caused by the 'harvest.includerestricted.oai = false' option in
the dspace.cfg file. I guess there's a bug in 1.5.2 that's fixed in 1.6. All
I did was comment out the line and the harvesting
hmm...i'm not sure about it, but it works well.
Cause I don't quite understand about use ant update. haha

Hi All,
I am trying to upgrade my DSpace instance from version 1.4.2 to 1.5.0. When

Aaron,
It's not an approach I would endorse. You will find it difficult to
further manage your i18n customizations when you go to upgrade your

I believe this should be normal,. It is upgrading the 1.4 browse
system to the Configurable Browse implementation in 1.5. You will
then want to run dspace/bin/index-init to get you default Browse By

process to update
Hi,
We're currently testing a Dspace 1.5 instance and noticed a weird issue
regarding the sorting in the browsing lists. Although we have done a few
modifications to DSpace, none of them was related to the configurable browse.
While looking for authors starting with lamb, we get the
Hello Rafael,
this is not a DSpace issue but depends on your database and collation
settings, i.e. how the db cluster was initialized (locale used for
LC_COLLATE and LC_CTYPE).
Hope that helps

Hi all,
Please see: http://jira.dspace.org/jira/browse/DS-460 and provide your input.
A vanilla installation of DSpace is configured to log all activity to

Hi Jason,
Try following the upgrade step 14 from the DSpace 15 upgrade instructions. This
should insert any missing metadata elements for you.
• Update the Metadata Registry New Metadata Registry updates are required to
