Hallo Lewatle, IP authentication is configurable see Chapter 6.2.11.5. Configuring IP Authentication of the documentation.
You can create a group for the users within campus, grant the rights and add the authentication to the dspace.cfg. Note that changing the rights of an existing collection will only affect newly ingested items, as the rights are inherited during ingest. For existing items you can use the advanced rights manager.
